Observation

(2c) There were cords in some classrooms that were within reach of children and were capable of forming a loop around a child's neck. There were christmas lights in some classrooms within reach of children that can form a loop, and be a choke hazard. (3a) In the blue bird room i an unlocked drawer that is accessible to children there was a box knife. In the same classroom and other classrooms there were adult scissors, and thumb tacks, within reach of children. (4c) There was a free standing lamp in 2 classrooms that were not secured to anything. The lamps and the light bulbs in the bathrooms were not shatter proof. (5b) In the girls bathroom there was a GCFI electric receptacle that was not tamper resisitent. Near the water fountain there was an electric receptacle that was not tamper resistent and was not GFCI type.
